Overview

Google is seeking a Senior SoC Power Architect to lead power management and optimization for custom silicon solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in low power design and architecture to influence product decisions. This role requires 10 years of experience in power management.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 10 years of experience in power management or low power design and methodology. Your expertise includes low power architecture and power optimization techniques such as multi Vth/power/voltage domain design, clock gating, and power gating. You are well-versed in Dynamic Voltage Frequency Scaling (DVFS) and have experience with the full product delivery cycle, from definition and architecture to design, implementation, testing, and productization. A Master's degree or PhD in Electronics or Computer Engineering/Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture, performance, and power analysis, is preferred. You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and influence product decisions. Your exceptional leadership, organizational, communication, and persuasion skills make you a valuable asset to any team.
