You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. As a Solutions Engineer I at Five9, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and post-implementation support of our intelligent cloud contact center solutions. You will lead the implementation and MACD (Move/Add/Change/Delete) operations for Five9 solutions across various customer environments. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating those into effective solutions. You will ensure a seamless transition to production, providing support and guidance to customers throughout the process.
