You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders. As a Solutions Engineer I at Five9, you will play a crucial role in the deployment and post-implementation support of our intelligent cloud contact center solutions. You will lead the implementation and MACD (Move/Add/Change/Delete) operations for Five9 solutions across various customer environments. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating those into effective solutions. You will ensure a seamless transition to production, providing support and guidance to customers throughout the process. You will work closely with technical teams to configure solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring that they achieve their business objectives.
