Cresta is seeking a Partner Sales Manager to drive the strategic partnership with Five9 across the United States and Canada. This role focuses on scaling operations and achieving revenue and customer success outcomes. Experience in partnership management is essential.

Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, ideally with experience in the technology or AI sectors. You understand the nuances of building and maintaining strategic alliances, and you are skilled at driving joint initiatives that lead to mutual success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners alike. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures to get things done. You are passionate about leveraging AI to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

Desirable

Experience working with contact center technologies or AI solutions would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with Five9 or similar platforms is a plus, as is a background in sales or customer success roles. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are not afraid to suggest innovative solutions to enhance partnership effectiveness.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for scaling and operationalizing Cresta's strategic partnership with Five9.
