Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Quality Improvement Lead (East) to lead and develop the execution of quality improvement (QI) and population health initiatives. Reporting to Quality & Population Health Manager, this individual will serve as a the QI program lead for all internal and external partnerships in the Northeast and Midwest/Texas regions.

The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders, Data Analytics, Data Science, Product and Technology teams, Clinical and Operations Leadership, and external partners to drive improved health outcomes, process efficiencies, reporting accuracy, and provider and member engagement.

The ideal candidate is a big-picture thinker, self-starter, and proven program manager. They thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, have a bias toward action, excel in cross-functional collaboration, and are able to hold their self and others accountable. As an excellent communicator, they can distill complex and disparate information for various audiences to to inform strategic decisions.

Key job responsibilities
Accountable to achieve both internal and external Quality targets and or performance guarantees for special contracts

Manage multiple regional or programmatic improvement initiatives to improve quality and value of care

Collaborate closely with clinical and operational leadership to implement process improvements in the Northeast and Midwest/Texas regions

Identify opportunities to deploy the Model for Improvement and other improvement science

Develop and deliver education materials and presentations to build quality improvement capacity at One Medical

Own and manage relationships with vendors which support care gap closure

Provide clinical research or consultancy on data-driven projects to increase the value of care for our members, partners, and enterprise clients

Define program and project timelines and milestones and ensure accountability in cross-functional teams in multiple regions

Work closely with Data Science and Analytics to design effective, actionable data reports A minimum of 4 years managing complex programs or teams

A minimum of 2 years managing, communicating, presenting, and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

A minimum of 1 year working directly with senior leadership teams (clinical, operations, analytics, and tech teams preferred)

Demonstrated experience in quality management or process improvement

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Clinical licensure a plus

Experience with improvement science a plus
