What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Quality & Safety specialists, driving the adoption of best practices and ensuring that operational performance meets the highest standards. You will collaborate closely with the vendor management team to expand the outsourced Quality & Safety function, ensuring that risks are managed swiftly and consistently. Your mission will also include identifying marketplace trust and safety issues and implementing proactive measures to prevent them. You will champion an environment where ethical use of AI solutions is prioritized, promoting transparency and continuous upskilling among your team members.
