Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in clinical support and training, ideally within the healthcare or dental industry. Your experience includes delivering high-impact training sessions and coaching clinicians through complex workflows, ensuring they feel confident in adopting new technologies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with diverse teams and clients. You are adaptable and thrive in a role that requires both technical expertise and customer-facing interactions. You understand the importance of customer success and are committed to driving positive outcomes for both clinicians and their patients.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering localized, high-impact onboarding sessions, both virtually and in-practice, to build clinician confidence with scanning and digital workflows. You will observe workflows and provide real-time coaching to reinforce best practices and elevate scan quality. Your expertise will be crucial in resolving technical clinical issues, ensuring that practices can confidently adopt digital workflows. You will collaborate closely with the market launch team to shape customer success strategies and contribute to long-term digital adoption goals. This position involves up to 50% travel for in-practice training and support, allowing you to engage directly with clients and provide hands-on assistance.
