Who you are

You have 3+ years of industry expertise in software, human capital management technology, staffing, or recruiting industry sales — you've consistently achieved sales goals and understand the nuances of managing client relationships. Your excellent communication skills enable you to engage with clients consultatively, ensuring their needs are met while maximizing revenue opportunities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to make a significant impact on the business. You are based in the greater Minneapolis, MN area, which allows you to connect with local clients effectively.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Manager at Instawork, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of top-tier assigned customers within Midwest markets. Your primary focus will be on developing new business from existing clients and actively seeking expansion opportunities to grow overall client revenue. You will work closely with the Account Growth leader and the Account Management team to implement staffing solutions tailored to large businesses. Your role will have a visible impact on our growing organization, and you will be expected to leverage your business acumen to maximize revenue and client satisfaction. You will engage in regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure that Instawork's offerings align with their goals. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster strong relationships and drive growth within your assigned accounts.
