Corporate Controller

As our Corporate Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial operations of a dynamic, fast-growing startup. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity to scale and implement financial processes supporting the company’s rapid growth while contributing to Lumen’s success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement internal financial processes, policies, and controls to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee payroll processing and expense reports. 
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting packages for management, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Partner with external accountants and consultants to manage global subsidiaries’ financial compliance and reporting.
• Work with the company’s external auditors on interim and annual audits.
• Support the CFO in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
• Play a pivotal role in accounting and finance-related projects as Lumen scales globally.

What we’re looking for:

• CPA certification with Big 4 Hi-tech/healthcare experience – advantage
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a controller or assistant controller role, preferably in a high-tech or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of financial and tax compliance in Israel, with experience managing global subsidiaries a plus.
• Proven ability to implement and manage financial processes in a growing organization.
• Excellent analytical skills with a hands-on approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems (experience with ERP systems is an advantage).
• Full professional fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
