Carvana is seeking an Arbitration Administrator to resolve disputes between buyers and sellers at their auto auctions. This role requires excellent customer service skills and adherence to company policies. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 hourly.

Your ability to communicate clearly and empathetically is essential in this role, as you will be the point of contact for resolving differences that arise during the auction process. You are committed to following company policies and applicable federal laws, ensuring compliance in all your interactions.
In your role as an Arbitration Administrator, you will report directly to the General Manager or designated manager. Your primary responsibility will be to resolve differences between buyers and sellers that arise from representations made during the auction. This will involve researching all issues thoroughly and recommending final decisions regarding post-sale disputes. You will also be tasked with providing excellent customer service, ensuring that all parties involved feel supported throughout the resolution process. Additionally, you will perform various duties assigned by the General Manager, contributing to the overall success of the auction operations.
