You have a strong background in managed services engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in the field. Your expertise includes working with hypervisors and servers, and you are well-versed in backup solutions that ensure data integrity and availability. You possess a deep understanding of Linux systems and have experience managing cloud environments, particularly with AWS. Your technical acumen is complemented by your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing managed services solutions that meet the unique needs of Trace3's clients. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate, automate, and innovate IT processes, ensuring that clients achieve a competitive advantage. Your day-to-day tasks will include configuring and managing hypervisors and servers, as well as implementing robust backup strategies to protect critical data.

You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and drive constructive change within the organization.
