You have extensive experience in stock plan administration, ideally with a focus on global equity incentive programs. Your background includes working closely with finance and HR teams, ensuring compliance and effective communication across departments. You understand the intricacies of stock options and equity plans, and you are adept at managing the day-to-day operations of these programs. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with a diverse team. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the administration of Life360's global equity incentive programs, ensuring that all processes are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also work with HR to communicate stock plan details to employees, ensuring they understand their benefits and options.
