You have 1-3 years of professional experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within customer success or a related field. You are confident in making data-led decisions and possess strong business judgment, which allows you to navigate complex situations effectively. Your analytical skills are exceptional, enabling you to derive insights from data that drive business growth and partner retention. You are fluent in both Spanish and Business English, which helps you communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping partners succeed on the platform.
Experience in the restaurant or food delivery industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by our partners. Familiarity with CRM tools and performance metrics tracking will enhance your ability to excel in this role. In this role, you will lead scalable growth initiatives for the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurant segment, designing and executing strategies that align with the unique needs of your territory. You will be responsible for achieving revenue growth targets, upselling new product features, and ensuring high retention rates by driving mutual business value. As the owner of the segment's budget, you will work to make it more efficient while meeting revenue goals. You will set, track, and report on performance metrics to internal teams, ensuring transparency and accountability. Additionally, you will serve as the voice of the Small-to-Mid Sized restaurants to internal stakeholders, translating their needs and advocating on their behalf to enhance their success on the Uber Eats platform.
