You thrive in ambiguity and are excited about uncovering actionable insights to drive business decisions. Your analytical skills are complemented by your ability to lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are executed effectively and efficiently. You are familiar with SQL and enjoy working with data to inform your strategies. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate seamlessly with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of improving operational metrics in previous roles.
Experience in the logistics or delivery industry is a plus, as is familiarity with data visualization tools. You have a knack for identifying opportunities for improvement and designing creative solutions that can be implemented quickly. A background in project management methodologies will help you navigate the complexities of cross-functional projects.
As the Associate Manager for New Verticals, you will lead a small, agile pod focused on logistics strategy and operations. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze operational metrics and identify areas for improvement in cost, efficiency, and quality. You will collaborate with various teams to design and implement solutions that enhance our logistics network and improve customer satisfaction. You will own key performance indicators and work tirelessly to drive impactful results across our Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail businesses. Your role will involve pulling operational and product levers to achieve measurable outcomes, and you will be expected to communicate your findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
