Overview

Rubrik is seeking an Account Executive for their RubrikX team to drive adoption of innovative cybersecurity solutions. You'll focus on acquiring new customers and managing sales pipelines. This role requires a strong sales background and a passion for technology.

Who you are

You are a motivated sales specialist with a strong focus on driving adoption and market share for innovative cybersecurity and data resilience solutions. With a hunter mentality, you thrive on introducing disruptive technology to new customers and have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. You are a relentless self-starter who is hyper-focused on building a product category business by acquiring new logos and developing new opportunities. Your experience includes managing pipelines and executing account strategies effectively.

You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with the entire Rubrik organization, including channel partners and alliances, to drive pipeline generation daily. You are skilled in defining and executing sales plans for your assigned territory, ensuring that you meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. Your ability to provide feedback to product management and the growth team is crucial for product development and direction.

Desirable

Experience in the cybersecurity or data resilience sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the CEUR region. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of new portfolio products by driving demand and transactions with the Rubrik sales organization. You will work closely with product management and the growth team to provide valuable feedback needed for product development and direction. As part of the EMEA Growth team, you will collaborate with sales leaders and dedicated product pre-sales engineers to define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory.

Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new clients, qualifying leads, managing your sales pipeline, and closing sales opportunities. You will develop and manage strategies to encourage existing customer expansion while also focusing on acquiring new logos. Your role will require you to drive pipeline generation daily, ensuring that you are consistently meeting your sales targets.

You will also engage with the Rubrik organization and its ecosystem, including channel partners and alliances, to maximize your sales efforts. Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams will be essential in achieving your goals and contributing to the overall success of the RubrikX team.
