MongoDB is seeking an Associate Commercial Growth Account Executive to identify new workloads and expand usage of their Database as a Service, Atlas. You'll engage with customers to enhance their experience and drive adoption. This role requires at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in database or software sales.
You are an ambitious individual with at least 1 year of sales experience, ideally in the database or software industry. You have a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in a highly competitive environment, demonstrating your ability to drive results and foster customer relationships. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to articulate the value of complex products effectively. You are a proactive problem solver, eager to support customers at any stage of their journey, ensuring they derive maximum value from MongoDB's offerings.
Experience in a sales role focused on technology solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with database technologies. You are comfortable navigating diverse industries and possess a data-driven mindset that aids in identifying customer needs and potential use cases. Your ability to build relationships with decision-makers within customer accounts will be crucial in promoting greater visibility and partnership.
In this role, you will primarily focus on identifying new workloads to expand MongoDB's usage within existing accounts that are already leveraging Atlas in a self-serve manner. You will engage in pipeline generation and outbound activities to drive increased consumption of MongoDB's services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include articulating the value of MongoDB's expanded feature set and its evolving developer data platform to customers. You will support customers throughout their journey, addressing any queries and ensuring optimal product usage. Building and nurturing relationships within customer accounts will be key to deepening partnerships and promoting greater visibility of MongoDB's offerings.
