You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams. You understand the importance of engaging your team during their shifts to maintain high levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your bilingual skills in English and Spanish enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce, fostering an inclusive environment. You are adept at collaborating with various support teams, including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and are comfortable standing and walking during your shifts.
Experience in logistics or operations management is a plus, as is familiarity with the Amazon operations workflow, which includes first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. You have a track record of mentoring and motivating team members, ensuring they are supported and engaged in their work.
