What you'll do

As a Senior QC Engineer at Zeeco, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring quality control activities across various fabrication and manufacturing projects. You will ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications, playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing audits, and collaborating with engineering and production teams to address any quality issues that arise.

You will develop and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring that all processes are well-documented and easily accessible. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze quality data and trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. You will also participate in root cause analysis for any non-conformities, working closely with teams to develop effective solutions.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will be an advocate for quality within the organization, promoting best practices and fostering a culture of quality awareness. You will have the opportunity to lead training sessions for staff on quality standards and procedures, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's quality objectives.
