What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the product lifecycle for LaunchDarkly’s feature management products, from discovery to execution. You will conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs and market trends, translating insights into a long-term product vision and roadmap. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to scope and deliver high-impact initiatives that align with organizational objectives. Your responsibilities will include defining product strategies, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful execution of product initiatives. You will also engage with marketing and revenue teams to accelerate adoption and deepen platform usage. You will be responsible for leading strategic planning sessions and facilitating discussions that shape the future of the product. Your role will require you to balance risk and technical feasibility while driving business outcomes through innovative product solutions. You will continuously monitor product performance and gather feedback to iterate on the product strategy, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of users.
