Amazon is seeking a Risk Manager II for their Relay Product Excellence team to assist with identity verification and fraud mitigation. You'll leverage your skills in SQL and data analysis to investigate suspicious activities and enhance customer experience.
You have a strong background in risk management and transportation, with a focus on data-driven problem resolution. Your experience includes conducting complex investigations and providing data analysis to identify and mitigate risks associated with fraud. You are skilled in building trust-based relationships with stakeholders and have a keen understanding of the business impact of trends in risk management. You are detail-oriented and capable of pulling data from various databases to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed. Your ability to identify root causes of defects and drive efficiency in operations is a key strength. You are committed to creating long-term, systemic solutions that enhance the customer experience.
In this role, you will assist with identity verification and fraud mitigation for freight movements into and out of Amazon's North American fulfillment centers. You will analyze data to identify patterns and trends related to fraud and abuse, taking appropriate actions to minimize risks. You will work closely with stakeholders to investigate suspicious activities and address escalations, ensuring a world-class customer experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting detailed investigations, providing data analysis, and creating reports to support decision-making processes.
