Glacier is seeking an Account Executive to develop client relationships and drive complex sales deals. You'll manage the full sales cycle and contribute to strategic planning for expansion. This role requires experience in sales and client management.
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in account management or business development. You excel at building and nurturing client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor to your customers. Your ability to drive growth through managing the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — sets you apart. You are skilled in developing compelling presentations and proposals that effectively address client objectives and objections. You understand the importance of strategic account planning to meet revenue targets and are adept at navigating complex sales environments.
Experience in the tech or sustainability sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered analytics or robotics. You are comfortable working in a startup environment and can adapt to the fast-paced nature of a growing company. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
As an Account Executive at Glacier, you will oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals. You will build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring they see you as a trusted advisor. Your responsibilities will include driving growth by managing full-cycle sales, which encompasses prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals. You will develop strategic account plans that align with revenue targets and contribute to the overall business strategy. You will also create compelling presentations and demos that resonate with client needs and objectives, helping to convert prospects into loyal customers.
In addition to sales activities, you will collaborate closely with the founders and the Director of Business Development to develop strategies for near-term expansion. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the direction of the company as it grows. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position Glacier's offerings in the market.
Glacier offers a competitive compensation package, including an OTE cash compensation range of $200,000 - $300,000, with 40% base salary and 60% commission. In addition to cash compensation, we provide equity compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
