Job Description

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in driving data-informed decisions to optimize seller operations. This position requires:

Strong analytical skills: The ability to interpret complex data trends and translate them into actionable insights.

Data proficiency: Experience with SQL for querying Amazon's data clusters and extracting relevant information.

Daily operations support: Monitoring key metrics, managing stakeholders both internally and externally, and implementing new processes to enhance efficiency.

Ownership mentality: A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems, with a willingness to take responsibility for outcomes.

Pattern recognition: Keen ability to identify trends, anomalies, and potential disruptions in data sets.
Attention to detail: Capacity to foresee potential implications of findings.

Process improvement: Continuously evaluating and enhancing operational procedures to drive seller success.

Stakeholder communication: Verbal and written skills to effectively convey insights and recommendations to various audiences.

Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust strategies based on evolving data and market conditions.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a customer-centric mindset, driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of Amazon's seller ecosystem.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Create, monitor and manage enforcement mechanisms to improve Seller Experience;
Monitor operations, suggest and implement process improvements;

Speaking and writing skills to effectively and objectively translate complex information;

Anticipate implications based on current data and trends and take necessary actions;

Serve as a link between internal and external stakeholders, keeping in mind objectives, limitations, compliance, and information privacy;
Dive deep into the root causes of operational problems;

Track operational metrics.

Key job responsibilities
Create, monitor and manage enforcement mechanisms to improve Seller Experience;
Monitor operations, suggest and implement process improvements;
Great speaking and writing skills to effectively and objectively translate complex information;
Anticipate implications based on current data and trends and take necessary actions;
Dive deep into the root causes of operational problems;
Track operational metrics;- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience with advanced Excel;
- Experience with basic SQL;
- Intermediate English.- Bachelor's degree in Engineer or Business related;
- Experience with Python and develop dashboards in Power BI
- Experience with R;
- Experience with PBI.
