You are skilled in user access management, roles and permissions, and maintaining system controls to support financial and operational processes. Your background includes designing and building customizations for financial modules, and you are adept at creating workflows using SuiteFlow to enhance efficiency. You have a strong understanding of automation through SuiteScripts, which you have used to streamline processes like Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash. You are collaborative and enjoy working with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to drive business improvements. You are detail-oriented and have a problem-solving mindset, always looking for ways to optimize systems and processes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of NetSuite, ensuring that user access and permissions are correctly managed. You will customize and automate financial and operational modules, creating workflows that enhance efficiency and streamline processes. You will collaborate with the Financial Systems Manager and key stakeholders to identify areas for system enhancements and implement solutions that drive the business forward. Your role will involve maintaining reporting layouts and ensuring that system controls are in place to support financial and operational processes. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining SuiteScripts to automate various workflows, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. As you work closely with different teams, you will gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to ensure that the systems meet the evolving needs of the business.
