Adobe experience managerA/b testing

Overview

Twilio is hiring a Web UX Designer 3 to join their Web Experience team, focusing on Adobe Experience Manager component creation and usability. You'll design reusable component patterns and optimize authoring experiences. This position requires expertise in UX design and A/B testing.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in UX design, particularly with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and are skilled in creating user-friendly components that enhance the authoring experience. With a keen eye for detail, you understand the importance of usability and interaction design, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also engaging for users. You are experienced in conducting A/B and multivariate testing, allowing you to create experiment-ready variants that can be tested for effectiveness. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including UI, marketing, and content teams, to deliver high-quality web experiences.

Desirable

Experience with other design tools and methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development processes. You are open to learning new technologies and approaches that can enhance your design work and improve team collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing composable and reusable component patterns that enable UI, marketing, and content teams to build web pages quickly and accurately. You will define interaction design and detailed specifications, ensuring that all components meet usability standards. Your work will involve optimizing AEM authoring and governance processes, making it easier for teams to create and manage content. You will also collaborate closely with other designers and developers to ensure that your designs are implemented effectively and meet the needs of users. Additionally, you will participate in the testing process, creating variants for A/B testing without implementing the experiments yourself, allowing for data-driven decision-making in design.

What we offer

Twilio offers a vibrant remote-first work culture that emphasizes connection and inclusion. You will be part of a diverse team that is dedicated to making a global impact through innovative communication solutions. The company values your career development and provides opportunities for you to grow your skills and experiences in a supportive environment. As part of Twilio, you will have the chance to work on exciting projects that shape the future of communications, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
