Overview

Cresta is seeking a VP of Customer Strategy to define and scale strategic engagement with key customers. This senior leadership role requires collaboration with C-suite stakeholders and a focus on leveraging AI for customer insights.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in customer strategy and engagement, ideally within the technology or AI sectors. Your background includes working closely with C-suite executives, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable strategies that drive customer success. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide teams in developing innovative solutions that enhance customer relationships and improve operational efficiency.

You are adept at analyzing customer data and insights to inform strategic decisions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders allows you to bridge gaps and foster collaboration across departments. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about leveraging technology to create competitive advantages for customers.

Desirable

Experience in AI or machine learning applications within customer engagement is a plus. Familiarity with contact center operations and best practices will enhance your ability to drive impactful strategies. You are a strategic thinker who can anticipate market trends and adapt strategies accordingly, ensuring that your organization remains at the forefront of customer engagement innovation.

What you'll do

As the VP of Customer Strategy at Cresta, you will be responsible for defining and scaling the strategic engagement model with our largest and most complex customers. You will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to develop initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve collaborating with sales and professional services teams to ensure that customer needs are met effectively and efficiently.

You will lead efforts to identify customer insights and behavioral best practices, utilizing AI and human intelligence to optimize contact center operations. By fostering strong relationships with key accounts, you will ensure that Cresta's solutions are aligned with customer goals and deliver measurable results.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies that enhance customer engagement, driving initiatives that improve customer retention and satisfaction. You will also be tasked with analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics to continuously refine and improve engagement strategies.
