Delinea is seeking a UX Researcher to join their User Experience team. You'll collaborate with designers to establish and champion user research practices. This role requires experience in UX research methodologies.
You are an experienced UX Researcher with a strong background in user-centered design principles. You have a proven track record of conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform design decisions and improve user experiences. Your ability to communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders is key to your success. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with designers and product teams to create impactful user experiences. You are passionate about understanding user needs and translating them into actionable insights that drive product development. You have experience with various research methodologies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, and you are comfortable using tools to analyze and present data.
In this role, you will be the first dedicated research professional on the User Experience team at Delinea. You will work alongside talented designers to establish and champion user research practices within the organization. Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting user research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to inform design decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that user insights are integrated into the product development process. You will also help create user personas and journey maps to guide design efforts. Your work will directly impact the usability and effectiveness of Delinea's products, contributing to a safer and more secure digital environment.
