Desirable

Experience or coursework related to hardware maintenance or network diagnostics would be beneficial. Familiarity with AWS services or cloud infrastructure concepts is a plus, as is a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a critical role in maintaining the heartbeat of AWS's global cloud infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics to ensure optimal performance of data center operations. You will be involved in physical repairs of equipment and will collaborate closely with a team of software, hardware, and network engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues. You will also participate in an on-call rotation, providing support during critical incidents to ensure continuous service availability.
