You are detail-oriented and capable of maintaining databases that track investment sales activity and other relevant metrics. You understand the importance of market intelligence and are skilled in researching and preparing materials for client presentations.

What you'll do

As an Associate Director at Berkadia, you will become an expert in the commercial real estate market, conducting in-depth financial analyses to evaluate assets. You will assist the Investment Sales Advisor in preparing market data for client-facing documents and presentations. Your role will involve prospecting and building client relationships to secure new business opportunities. You will analyze industry surveys and benchmarks, as well as economic and demographic trends, to provide valuable insights. Additionally, you will actively participate in the research, writing, and proofing of market intelligence for marketing materials, ensuring that all content is accurate and compelling.
