You have experience in security operations and are comfortable maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while executing security support as directed by leadership. Your ability to conduct advanced research and analysis in support of security missions is a key asset, and you are skilled at mentoring other security members to identify and report suspicious behavior effectively.

You maintain proficiency in static guard post duties and are adept at planning and executing security support for operations. Your experience includes conducting advanced security training for fellow officers, ensuring that all team members are well-prepared for their roles. You are committed to developing and refining emergency response protocols based on data and experience, demonstrating your proactive approach to security.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for patrolling the company’s properties via vehicle and foot, ensuring security at various fixed locations in accordance with federal, state, and local laws as well as company regulations. You will conduct and review risk assessments of critical SpaceX facilities, providing mobile security support as directed by the operations center. Your responsibilities will also include responding to emergency situations and providing on-scene leadership to others, whether it involves fire, medical emergencies, or suspicious individuals.

You will work closely with other security officers to maintain a secure environment, executing roving patrols of assigned locations and ensuring that all security measures are adhered to. Your role will require you to plan and conduct advanced security training for all security officers, fostering a culture of preparedness and vigilance within the team. Additionally, you will develop and refine emergency response protocols based on your experiences and the data collected during operations, ensuring that the team is always ready to respond effectively to any situation.
