Overview

Veepee is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support various HR functions and advise managers on HR processes. This role requires strong knowledge of HR practices and the ability to manage organizational changes.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a recent graduate or have some experience in human resources, eager to develop your skills in a dynamic e-commerce environment. You possess a solid understanding of HR processes and are comfortable advising managers on various HR matters. You are proactive in identifying and supporting talent development initiatives, ensuring that employees have the resources they need to thrive. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that all HR reporting and compliance requirements are met. You are familiar with HR information systems, particularly WorkDay, and are committed to maintaining accurate records. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with others to drive organizational success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to support the overall HR strategy and operations. You will advise managers on the entire HR cycle, from recruitment to employee development, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will assist in managing organizational changes, helping to facilitate smooth transitions for employees. You will coordinate recruitment efforts, ensuring that the right talent is brought into the organization. You will also oversee internal mobility processes, helping employees find new opportunities within the company. Additionally, you will identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. You will be responsible for maintaining HR reporting and performance indicators, ensuring that the HR team has the data needed to make informed decisions.
