What you'll do

As the Lead Cloud Engineer at Navan, you will own the design and architecture of our global customer experience ecosystem — your role will involve defining the technical strategy for our Genesys Cloud deployment and ensuring that it aligns with our business objectives. You will lead the development of deep integrations that enhance our service offerings, allowing us to deliver a seamless experience to travelers worldwide.
