You have a strong background in product sourcing and vendor management, with at least 5 years of experience in a buying or merchandising role. Your commercial judgment is sharp, allowing you to evaluate high-potential brands and negotiate competitive terms effectively. You understand the European market and its compliance requirements, ensuring that your buying practices align with regional standards. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your decisions and drive category growth. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams is key, as you will work closely with senior leadership and global merchandising teams to align on strategies and priorities.
Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus, as is familiarity with e-commerce platforms. You are comfortable navigating complex supply chains and have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles successfully. Your analytical skills are complemented by a hands-on approach, allowing you to balance strategic thinking with execution.
