Samsara is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive sales of IoT solutions to mid-sized customers in Canada. You'll engage with executives and manage complex sales processes. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills.
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are passionate about bringing innovative solutions to mid-sized businesses. Your ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and CXOs, sets you apart. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of Samsara's IoT solutions to mid-sized customers across Canada. You will engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Samsara's technology can enhance their operations. Your typical sales will range from $20k to $100k, requiring you to manage proof of concepts, trials, and multi-faceted pricing negotiations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to closing the sale. You will also be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Samsara's business goals, identifying new opportunities for growth, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success with our products. You will leverage your expertise to educate clients on the benefits of sensor data and how it can transform their operations. Your role will involve regular communication with the sales team and management to report on progress, share insights, and collaborate on strategies to improve sales performance.
