What you'll do

In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact initiatives that span Webflow's Go-to-Market ecosystem. You will partner closely with GTM leaders and IT systems teams to deliver scalable solutions that enable growth and optimize processes. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and deliverables. You will be responsible for managing project risks and issues, proactively identifying solutions to keep projects on track. As a senior member of the IT organization, you will play a pivotal role in evolving Webflow's GTM technology landscape, ensuring it meets the demands of a rapidly changing market.

You will also be tasked with mentoring junior project managers and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team. Your leadership will help drive the successful execution of projects that enhance revenue performance and improve operational efficiency. You will regularly report on project status to executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
