Synack is hiring a Solutions Architect to provide pre-sales support and drive industry thought leadership. You'll collaborate with account executives and customer success leaders to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts. This role requires strong communication skills and a background in security.
You are an innovative and energetic Solutions Architect with a strong background in security and a passion for driving customer success. You have experience in pre-sales support and understand how to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including executives and sales teams. Your writing skills are exceptional, allowing you to distill research and insights into actionable strategies for various stakeholders. You thrive in a startup environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility in your approach to challenges.
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with penetration testing and vulnerability management. You are a thought leader in your field, capable of contributing to brand awareness initiatives through media engagement and industry events.
As a Solutions Architect at Synack, you will partner with account executives and customer success leaders to drive the acquisition of new logos and growth in existing accounts. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, ensuring that potential clients understand the value of Synack's Penetration Testing as a Service platform. Your role will involve collaborating with the VP of North America and the marketing team to drive industry thought leadership activities, participating in both paid and earned media initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
You will engage with clients to understand their security needs and challenges, tailoring solutions that align with their objectives. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present technical information to non-technical stakeholders, helping them make informed decisions about their security posture. You will also contribute to the development of marketing materials and case studies that showcase Synack's impact on customer security.
