Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in business, marketing, consulting, or a related field. You are fluent in both English and Japanese, allowing you to effectively communicate with local stakeholders. Your experience includes building a book of business and managing agreements, particularly in the sales sector of the internet advertising industry. You take initiative and thrive in collaborative environments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills to understand client needs and propose effective solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to pitch advertising solutions confidently over video conferences or in person.

What you'll do

In this role, you will cultivate a pipeline of prospects to drive growth and sustainability for Google Ads. You will secure new clients by presenting tailored marketing solutions and creating ad campaigns that enhance their returns. Your responsibilities will include developing business strategies that maximize market potential and working closely with C-level customers to understand their business needs.
