Overview

Qualtrics is seeking a Director of Sales Training & Enablement to design and scale a global enablement function for sales and customer success teams. This role requires strategic leadership and collaboration with various departments to drive productivity and success.

Who you are

You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales training and enablement, possessing a deep understanding of how to equip teams for success. With over 5 years of experience in a similar role, you have successfully designed and implemented enablement programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity and performance. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with sales, product marketing, and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution across regions.

Your ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies sets you apart. You understand the nuances of the sales process and can effectively communicate product value to diverse audiences. You are passionate about fostering high-performing teams and have a knack for motivating others to achieve aggressive goals. You are comfortable taking strategic risks and navigating complex challenges, always with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Desirable

Experience in a technology or SaaS environment is a plus, as is familiarity with sales methodologies and enablement tools. You are adaptable and open to feedback, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes. A background in project management will help you oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that all programs align with the company's objectives and drive results.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define the vision for the global enablement function, creating programs that translate product value into clear outcomes for sales, customer success, and partner teams.
