Overview

Netflix is seeking a Partner Marketing Learning Program Manager to lead the development and distribution of learning materials for partner sales representatives. This role requires strong program management skills and a strategic mindset to enhance partner marketing efforts.

Desirable

Experience in the entertainment or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with partner marketing strategies. A proven track record of managing cross-functional projects will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a thought leader on learning program design, ensuring that all initiatives align with Netflix's strategic goals. You will set the vision for the program and develop a curriculum strategy that meets the needs of our distribution partners. Your responsibilities will include managing the development of new courses and ensuring that learning materials are distributed effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to gather insights and feedback, continuously improving the learning experience for partners. You will also monitor the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven decisions to enhance their impact. Your role will involve engaging with partners across APAC, EMEA, and The Americas, ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge to effectively sell Netflix packages.
