Taktile is seeking a Senior Customer Value Engineer to maximize customer value from their automated decision-making platform in the financial services industry. You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in the financial services sector — you understand the nuances of customer needs and how to drive value through technology. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders alike.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams — your experience has taught you the importance of aligning customer goals with product capabilities. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that customers maximize their investment in the platform.

Your technical acumen allows you to understand the intricacies of automated decision-making systems — you are comfortable discussing technical details with engineers and translating them into business value for customers. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance the customer experience.

You have a proven track record of driving customer engagement and satisfaction — your previous roles have equipped you with the skills to manage customer expectations and deliver results that exceed them. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Desirable

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Value Engineer at Taktile, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers derive maximum value from our automated decision-making platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them to leverage our technology to enhance their decision-making processes.

You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, guiding them through the implementation process, and ensuring they are set up for success from day one.
