Uber is seeking a Lead Acquisition Manager for their Digital Sales Center to drive merchant growth across Latin America. You'll oversee inbound and outbound sales programs while influencing BPO partners. This role requires strong operational leadership skills.
You have a proven track record in managing acquisition strategies, particularly in fast-paced environments. Your experience includes overseeing large teams and influencing partners to achieve business goals. You are structured and resilient, capable of turning complex problems into actionable workflows. You thrive in dynamic marketplaces and understand the unique challenges of the Latin American SMB market.
You possess strong operational leadership skills, enabling you to implement clear processes and drive accountability. Your ability to adapt global strategies to local contexts is essential for success in this role. You are comfortable diving into the details of daily operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Experience in managing BPO operations is a plus, as is familiarity with sales funnel optimization. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies. A background in digital sales or marketing would be beneficial, as would experience in the tech industry.
As the LatAm Acquisition Program Lead, you will own the full acquisition strategy for the region. This involves adapting global playbooks to fit the unique realities of the Latin American market. You will guide BPO partners, setting standards for coaching routines and quality assurance processes to ensure efficiency and quality in operations.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, and Analytics, to identify and resolve funnel friction points. Your hands-on involvement will be crucial in implementing practical operational fixes to enhance inbound routing and outbound scripts.
Your role will require you to influence partners and drive accountability through effective communication and leadership. You will be responsible for overseeing sizable teams through BPO structures, ensuring that they deliver on the acquisition strategy while maintaining high standards of performance.
