Nazir is a suite of financial products designed to manage and control Amazon’s global capital investments worth ~$20B each year. It’s Cost Management platform that manages financial lifecycle of construction projects from planning (catalog, estimation, benchmarking, funding, budget) through execution (contract management, change orders, cost reports, cash flow, payments, accounting), provides useful insights into risks & cashflow forecasting, while enforcing financial controls and data centralization. It’s green field initiative with great opportunity to learn and create long term impact for our customers.
Key job responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to design and implement systems that delight our customers by designing new micro-services, automating manual processes & writing required software solutions. You will also learn how things are built and deployed in AWS, brush up on operational excellence, and apply them on the job!

About the team
Our team of engineers are strong owners and are passionate about problem solving. We believe in building our own destiny- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
