JP Transportationは、アマゾンジャパンのミドルマイルにおける輸送計画の立案と実行を担う部門です。
より確実に荷物をお届けすること、さらに翌日配送を実現することで、お客様から信頼されるサービスであり続けることに責任を持ちます。
本ポジションでは、自社輸送網の幹線輸送の健全性を数値でモニタリングできる環境を構築し、ビジネス上の課題を発見、その要因の特定を行って改善策を立案、それらを週次で報告し、社内の事業計画部門、財務部門、オペレーション部門などの関係部署と協力しながら、改善をリードする業務を行って頂きます。
Key job responsibilities
■幹線輸送健全性のモニタリング
週次で発注される自社輸送網の幹線トラックのネットワークにおける各種指標に対して、実際の数値と短期計画・中長期計画との差異をモニタリングし、その要因を分析・特定・報告します。また、それらのモニタリング・分析を簡単に行えるための自動化環境の構築自体も担います。
■幹線輸送プロセスの改善
幹線輸送の各種指標のモニタリングにより抽出された、短期計画・中長期計画と実際の数値差異要因について、その改善策を策定し、関係部署を巻き込みながら実施します。数値的分析を行い計画を策定するだけではなく、実際の改善の完了まで責任を持ちます。

- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency in reading, writing, and meetings (JLPT N1 Level)- Knowledge of SQL at an intermediate level, including: compile queries, subqueries, aggregation/grouping, data modification, etc.
