LucidLink is seeking a Senior Director of Demand Generation to lead marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement. This role requires experience in cloud, file sharing, or collaboration technologies, ideally in a growth-stage startup.
You have a proven track record in demand generation, with at least 5 years of experience in marketing leadership roles. Your expertise lies in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive user acquisition and engagement, particularly in the technology sector. You understand the nuances of cloud-based solutions and have a strong grasp of the media and entertainment industry. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns effectively.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential. You are results-driven and have a history of meeting or exceeding growth targets in previous roles.
A degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred, along with prior experience in a growth-stage startup with $50M+ in ARR. Familiarity with cloud, file sharing, or collaboration technologies will set you apart as a candidate. You are also well-versed in marketing analytics tools and have experience managing budgets effectively.
As the Senior Director of Demand Generation at LucidLink, you will be responsible for leading the demand generation strategy to drive user acquisition and engagement.
