Maintenance Inventory Specialist

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining order in the parts space, ensuring that all items are organized and easily accessible. You will order spare parts and manage the receiving process into the CMMS inventory, placing stock in their designated locations. Conducting weekly cycle counts will be a key responsibility, allowing you to identify discrepancies and report findings to site or regional leaders. You will periodically review parts usage and adjust metadata, including minimum and maximum stock values, to optimize inventory levels. Additionally, you will collaborate with site management to prepare annual parts budget forecasts, ensuring that the maintenance team is well-equipped to meet operational demands.
