Google is seeking a Cloud Program Manager to oversee large-scale cloud engagements and support customer transitions to Google Cloud. You'll work with cross-functional teams and require experience in program management and cloud technologies.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in program or project management. Your background includes collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver impactful solutions. You thrive in cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams, and you possess a solid understanding of the cloud marketplace and its differentiators. You are quick to learn new and emerging Cloud/IT technologies and can define paths to resolution in ambiguous situations, leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization. Your experience includes planning and executing governance for cloud adoption, IT transformation, or cloud migrations, and you have a strong grasp of both Enterprise IT and cloud technologies.
As a Cloud Program Manager at Google, you will specialize in the program management, governance, and orchestration of large-scale cloud engagements. Your role will involve supporting both customers and internal teams in the delivery and execution of major programs. You will take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, breaking down large projects into manageable sub-projects that can be executed by other teams or partners. You will define the overall governance model, manage communication cadence, and identify required skills and resources across all teams. Your responsibilities will also include building mitigation plans as the program evolves and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
