You have a proven track record in strategic account management, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the cybersecurity or technology sector. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients is exceptional, and you understand the nuances of delivering tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. You are adept at navigating complex sales cycles and have a strong understanding of risk management and cybersecurity solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure client satisfaction and success. You are results-driven and have a strong focus on achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer engagement. Your analytical skills enable you to assess market trends and client needs, allowing you to position SecurityScorecard's offerings effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with third-party risk management and incident response services. You are comfortable using CRM tools and have a data-driven approach to decision-making. A background in enterprise sales or account management within SaaS companies will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding SecurityScorecard's market presence by delivering our MAX security solutions to enterprise clients. You will engage with potential clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and tailor our offerings accordingly. Your role will involve developing strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities, and executing on sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, providing feedback to enhance our service offerings.
You will also be tasked with conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, allowing you to stay ahead of the competition. Regularly reporting on sales activities and client feedback will be essential to refining our approach and ensuring alignment with company goals. You will participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote SecurityScorecard and establish valuable connections.
