Overview

Google is seeking a Senior Account Manager for their CPG Large Customer Sales team in Ho Chi Minh City. You'll leverage your expertise in digital advertising and client relationship management to drive customer success. This role requires fluency in English and Vietnamese and 5+ years of relevant experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, or digital marketing roles. Your background includes working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, and you are fluent in both English and Vietnamese, enabling you to effectively communicate with local clients and stakeholders. You possess a strong understanding of the online media environment and have a proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Your experience with Google and YouTube advertising solutions sets you apart, as does your knowledge of Vietnam's marketing and media industry. You are committed to maximizing customer success and have a passion for sales and online media.

Desirable

You have 7 years of experience in sales and business development or product marketing, particularly in digital media and technology sales. Your agency experience is a plus, and you understand industry-wide digital advertising and media products. You are adept at analyzing data trends and consumer insights to develop strategic plans that drive growth.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build trusted relationships with customers, uncovering their business needs and translating them into powerful advertising solutions. You will collaborate with customers and their agencies to extend relationships and improve their advertising impact. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data trends to prepare narratives that drive growth and working towards goals while delivering an excellent experience to Google's customers. You will act as an owner, moving with velocity through change and finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Google and your customers. You will also work closely with sellers to shape the future of advertising in the AI era, ensuring that you meet the ambitious goals set by your clients.
