What you'll do

In your first phase in Hong Kong, you will undergo comprehensive training that will provide you with a foundational understanding of the AlphaSights business. You will receive hands-on coaching in project management, allowing you to develop the skills necessary to manage client projects effectively. Your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their needs and connecting them with the right experts to elevate their decision-making processes.

After approximately 6 to 14 months in Hong Kong, you will transition to our Tokyo office, where you will apply the skills you have acquired and continue to grow your career. This unique opportunity allows you to experience two of AlphaSights’ world-class locations while building a robust professional network in both cities.

You will be part of a team that collaborates closely to deliver high-impact results for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with precision and care. Your contributions will directly influence the success of client projects, and you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact from day one.
