As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a seamless experience from start to finish. Your role will involve working closely with the local community, participating in events, and promoting Carvana's mission to reintroduce happiness into the car-buying process. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the purchasing process. Your shifts will vary, requiring flexibility to work from 7 am to 9 pm, including weekends. Carvana offers a competitive starting hourly rate of $17/hr, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
