Cloudbeds is hiring an Associate Website Designer to support existing website customers and assist in onboarding new clients. You'll work with platforms like WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace in a fully remote environment.
You are eager to start your career in web design and have experience with website creation using platforms like Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress. You possess a background in customer service and are a problem solver who enjoys creating engaging content. Your passion for web design drives you to help others succeed in their online presence.
Experience with customer support and a keen interest in the hospitality industry would be beneficial. Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management tools is a plus, as is a willingness to learn and adapt in a remote work environment.
In this role, you will manage support tickets through our ticketing system, assisting live customers with their published websites while ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met. You will also maintain records and manage tasks effectively to support the website design team. Your contributions will help streamline the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a smooth experience as they set up their websites.
You will work closely with the seasoned Website Design team, gaining valuable insights and skills that will enhance your web design capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while actively contributing to customer satisfaction and success.
