Carvana is seeking a Mid-Level Auto Painter to join their team in Tooele, UT. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to paint vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.
You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience and are skilled in matching and mixing paint colors. You are familiar with using water-based paint and have experience working in a high-tech environment. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the business's needs, including working mandatory overtime when required.
Experience with state-of-the-art painting tools and techniques is a plus. You are detail-oriented and take pride in your work, ensuring that every vehicle you paint meets high-quality standards. You are open to learning and growing within the company, especially if you start in an entry-level position.
As a Mid-Level Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for painting vehicles inside our paint booths, ensuring that each vehicle is finished to the highest standards. You will match and mix paint colors to achieve the desired finish, using your expertise to select the right materials and techniques for each job. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that safety protocols are followed at all times.
